(FREEPORT) The 2024 Illinois Dairy Summit will be held next month, hosted by the Illinois Milk Producers Association (IMPA) and the University of Illinois Extension. The summit will be an in-peron-only event, on Wednesday, February 7th, at Highland Community College in Freeport. While free, pre-registration is requested, with lunch that day provided with milk snacks courtesy of Prairie Farms. The signup deadline is January 31st, this Wednesday.
