(OLNEY) The City of Olney now has its annual water quality report available for the public to view on its website, at ci.olney.il.us/CCR%202023.pdf. The City of Olney Water Supply Report contains information on the source of Olney’s drinking water and the levels of any contaminants detected in the water during 2023, plus compliance information with other drinking water rules, as well as some educational materials. Since the report is on the City of Olney’s website, a direct mailing of the report will not occur. Free copies are available by calling the City’s Water Plant operator at 618-392-3741 or by stopping the Olney City Hall at 300 South Whittle Avenue during normal business hours, from 8:00 to 4:00, weekdays.
