(NOBLE) The Olney Central College Cosmetology & Nail Technology programs have fall openings for client services. Located at the Terry L. Bruce West Richland Center in Noble, both salons are opening with limited services, but expanded offerings will progress as the fall semester moves along with a whole list of cosmetology services available from 10:00 to 3:00 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, the nail technology services are available Tuesday and Wednesday nights from 5:30 to 7:30.
