Cumberland Tournament – Semi-Final Action:
The Cumberland Tournament continues with four semi-final games this Friday:
- 3:00 PM: Okaw Valley vs. North Clay (Consolation Bracket)
- 4:30 PM: Newton vs. Cumberland Pirates (Consolation Bracket)
- 6:00 PM: Casey-Westfield vs. Marshall (Winner’s Bracket)
- 7:30 PM: Dieterich vs. Vandalia (Winner’s Bracket)
The tournament’s final four games will take place on Saturday afternoon and evening.
Lawrence County – Olney Tigers at the Capital Classic:
The Olney Tigers kick off their 2024-2025 season at the Capital Classic this weekend, featuring eight teams across two sites. The tournament runs today through tomorrow night.
Red Hill High School (Bridgeport):
- Olney, Fairfield, Vincennes Lincoln, and host Red Hill
- 11:00 AM: Olney vs. Red Hill
- 12:30 PM: Fairfield vs. Vincennes Lincoln
Lawrenceville High School:
- Mt. Carmel, Salem, Teutopolis, and host Lawrenceville
- 11:00 AM: Lawrenceville vs. Salem
- 12:30 PM: Teutopolis vs. Mt. Carmel
The tournament will continue with more pool play games at 6:00 and 7:30 PM today. The final pool play games are scheduled for tomorrow morning and afternoon.
The tournament’s final four games will take place Saturday evening at Red Hill High School.
