(OLNEY) In boys high school golf action yesterday:
- Charleston defeated Olney in Coles County with a score of 147 to 174.
- A total of eleven golfers competed on the course.
Olney’s standout performances include:
- Reese Glover finishing 3rd with a 36, just one stroke behind the leaders.
- Ayden Nealis securing 6th place with a 40.
- Carsyn Ameter finishing 8th with a 47.
- Carter Blank and Levi Hefferman each carding a 51.
- Brody Thomas close behind with a 53.
The Co-Match Medalists from Charleston were:
- Alex Kuykendall and Hudson Meister, both shooting a low round of 35.
Olney will host Lawrenceville/Red Hill at the Richland Golf Club tomorrow.
