(OLNEY) In Boys High School Basketball last night (01/17/2024) –
Olney took two at home against Casey-Westfield.
- The Tigers won the varsity game, 65-44
Led by Ian Winkler with 21 points and 7 rebounds, Rex Hallam had 16 points, Arjay Keller had 15 points, and Casey Thomann had 12 points.
The varsity Tigers improve to 19-2 on the year, now at 4-0 in the LIC.
- Olney also won the junior varsity game, 47-45 (5-7)
The Tigers are back in action Saturday at the LIC Tournament at Newton, Olney has a 1:00 matchup against Paris in the NCHS Gym.

Newton split two games at home with Mt. Carmel
- The Eagles lost the varsity game, 68-59
Dylan Gier and Parker Wolf each scored 16 points, Caden Nichols added 15 points.
The varsity Eagles are now 14-7 on the year and at 3-1 in the LIC
- Newton won the junior varsity game, 56-44
The Eagles are back in action Saturday at the LIC Tournament at Newton, It’s a 5:30 first round game against Marshall.
