There were ten young women chosen to the All-LIC First Team

- Olney’s Kelysse Weiler
- Robinson’s Marisa Zane and Elizabeth Shea
- Mt. Carmel’s Maycee Randall and Riley Hershey
- Paris’ Graci Watson and Taylor Clark
- Casey-Westfield’s Lucy Moore
There were five players chosen to the All-LIC Second Team
- Olney’s Kyrstin Weiler
- Robinson’s Katelyn Jones and Alexia Zane
- Mt. Carmel’s Madi Stevens
- Marshall’s Lynn Welborn
There were eight players that received an LIC Honorable Mention
- Newton’s Elley Bennett
