(OLNEY) The Illinois Eastern Community College Board of Trustees met for its regular monthly meeting last night (01/16/2024). The Board : approved the payment of all bills as presented : approved an agreement with the state for an electrical services upgrade at WVC : approved an affiliation agreement with Stone Bridge Memory Care : approved revisions to the District policy on the Disclosure on Private Mental Health Information : agreed to sell the District’s five acres in Crawford County, the LTC “South Campus” along Route 1 : approved an easement for Ameren Illinois at the new athletic facility at LTC : in personnel moves – accepted the retirement for Clay Atkins as Maintenance Worker / O&M Team Leader at OCC – accepted the resignation for Karissa Perry as Student Services Specialist – approved the change in employment status for Alex Cline from Director of Information Technology to Chief Information Officer, for Andrea McDowell from Director of Human Resources to Executive Director of Human Resources at the District Office, for Collin Maynard from Interim to Full-Time Head Baseball Coach at LTC, for Julie Auteberry from TRIO Upward Bound Coordinator at WVC to TRIO Upward Bound Coordinator at OCC, and for Amy Tarr from Director of Instructional Service to Associate Dean of Instruction at OCC – and hired Lyndon Huey as Director of Business at WVC and Shani Quarton as Adult Education Office Assistant at FCC : next regular monthly meeting for the IECC Board is February 20th, 2024.
