IECC BOARD OF TRUSTEES MARCH 2025 MEETING RECAP

The Illinois Eastern Community Colleges (IECC) Board of Trustees held its regular monthly meeting this past Tuesday in Olney. The Board took the following actions:

• Financial Approvals
  • Approved payment of all presented bills
  • Approved an $85,920 bid for the 2025 TRIO Upward Bound Education Trip
• Policy and Catalog Updates
  • Changed the Second Diploma Charge Fee to a “Cost Recovery Fee,” effective Fall 2025, ensuring costs are recovered for additional diploma printing
  • Approved revisions to District Hazing Policy 500.28 in compliance with the Stop Campus Hazing Act, signed into law in December 2024
