(OLNEY/NOBLE) There are two municipal meetings tonight in Richland County :
- The Olney City Council meets at the Olney City Hall, beginning at 6:00
- The Noble Village Board meets at the Village Hall in Noble, starting at 7:00
Both meetings are open to the public, with the exception of any executive sessions.
