(OLNEY/NOBLE) In two municipal meetings coming up tonight in Richland County :
- The Olney City Council meets at 6:00 in the Olney City Hall
- The Noble Village Board meets at 7:00 in the Village Hall in Noble
Both meetings are open to the public, with an exception to any executive sessions.
