(CENTRALIA) Congratulations to a Salem man for receiving the top award for a community college trustee in the State of Illinois. Longtime Chairman of the Kaskaskia College Board, Bill Hawley, who has served on the college board for 38 years, has received the statewide Ray Harstein Trustee Achievement Award from the Illinois Community College Board. Bill has also been a play-by-play radio voice of the Salem Wildcats for over 40 years as well.
