(OLNEY/NEWTON) After a mostly dry weekend so far, despite a few sprinkles or isolated showers on Sunday, we’ll have a mostly dry day on tap for this Memorial Day 2025. As a very strong low pressure system keeps all the rain and storms far to our south today, a high pressure over the upper Midwest is helping block that northward movement of rain. But, it will eventually work its way into our downstate area, with rain expected tonight and thru the day tomorrow before ending. While seasonably cool conditions continue for the next few days and nights, warmer weather will return for the final few days on May. Stay tuned for weather updates and monitor a NOAA Weather Alert Radio for more forecast details.
