(OLNEY/NEWTON) As a slow-moving weather system tracks towards the confluence of the Mid-Mississippi and Lower Ohio River valleys, we’ll have more downstate area rain chances today and especially again tonight and through the day tomorrow. Then after the rain ends Wednesday night, dry and seasonal weather will return for Thursday and Friday with cooler air in place, perfect for Halloween.
