(OLNEY) The Richland County Board had a special meeting last night in Olney. The Board had only one agenda item and after some discussion, the Board agreed to continue the process of applying for an Illinois Office of Broadband Grant. The next regular monthly meeting for the Richland County Board is scheduled for Thursday, April 10th, next month.
