(NEWTON) All children are invited to the “Scare on the Square” this Saturday afternoon in downtown Newton, running from 2:00 to 4:00. While costumes are encouraged, they are not required, Sponsored by the Jasper County Chamber of Commerce, there will be plenty of local businesses, organizations, & others set up on or around the square passing out treats.
