(OLNEY/NEWTON) High pressure anchored from the Upper Midwest east/southeastward into the Appalachians will continue to dominate our downstate area weather with plenty of clouds and maybe some sunshine with most all of the rain chances staying to our west and southwest. But as a warm front moves into Illinois, our next chance of rain moves in by tomorrow night and continues on-and-off through Thursday & Friday before ending.
