(OLNEY) The Olney VFW will have its next Queen of Hearts drawing at 4:00 this Sunday afternoon with the Queen still hiding and the jackpot sitting at $1,202.50. (INGRAHAM) A “fish fry” fundraiser is scheduled for this coming Saturday evening at the Ingraham Community Building, with serving from 4:00 until 7:00. With donations accepted at the door, the money raised will go to the Clay City Fire Protection District Ingraham Fire Station to help purchase and update needed emergency firefighting equipment. All invited.
(OLNEY) The JROTC Tiger Battalion has a fundraising “pancake, biscuits, & gravy” breakfast coming up this Saturday morning at the Olney VFW Post Home with serving from 7:00 to 11:00. The cost is only $8 per person at the door. That’s at 205 North Walnut Street in Olney.
(NEWTON) It’s another Queen of Hearts drawing this Friday night at 6:00 at the American Legion Post 20 in Newton with tickets on sale up until draw time. The Queen’s Menu will feature pulled pork nachos or sandwiches, with serving at 5:00. Plus it’s the monthly Red Shirt Drawing, Southern Comfort will start playing at 6:30, and a Beef Raffle drawing with $10 tickets on sale until draw time.
